Remember the summer? The warmth? The heat? This post is sure to make you think of the happy days of summer. Kate and Mike were married in Marblehead on one of the most beautiful days of the year and they completely deserved it. You’d be hard pressed to meet a nicer couple – and they certainly made my job easy! Both families made me feel so welcome and the wedding had such a relaxed and fun vibe. I’m so excited to share some of my favorite images from the day. I hope you enjoy!
I began my day with the girls as they got ready in the family’s home in Marblehead.
The girls got ready super early – so what better way to blow a little time than to play some card games?!
We were bathed in beautiful sunlight as Kate slipped into her dress:
Her mother helped her with the final accessories:
Before heading to the ceremony, we had time for a few portraits in the yard. Stunning!
This one is Amanda’s (my wife) favorite.
Always a wonderful moment.
I was joined by an excellent shooter and all around great guy, David Lee who was nice enough to help me out for the day. He grabbed this great frame.
Another great shot by David.
The girls decided to bustle Kate’s dress in the middle of the street. This face came just after a car passed by.
We found a great spot overlooking Marblehead harbor to take a few pics after the ceremony.
Kate’s favorite restaurant. This one is a personal fave just because of all the happy memories!
The tent was framed with a stunning sunset at the Tedesco Country Club.
Couldn’t resist a few more pics in the sunset.
A few favorites from the toast.
Another great one from Dave:
Love this one.
Thank you so much to Kate and Mike for allowing me to share such a beautiful day! Check out the slideshow below. Also, special thanks to David Lee for his help and Keith Soucy from MapleLoft Studios for being such a great partner (check out his video of the event here).
