It’s been one crazy fall – and clearly the blog has been languishing in abused neglect. But I’m back in the proverbial blog “saddle.” Kate and Caleb are the perfect couple to help me kick off another blogging spurt. This was one of those days that makes you so thankful to be a wedding photographer and to be able to capture such fun and beautiful memories. Kate & Caleb got ready in the Park Plaza – then traveled over to Boston College where they were married in the campus church. Afterwards we stuck around to do some shots on campus – then made a quick pit stop at the Public Garden for a few more family formals. When we finally made our way back to the Park Plaza the ballroom could not have looked any more beautiful.
Here’s a detail from Kate’s dress:

One last look before heading out to the chuch:
I was joined by my good friend and talented shooter, James Federico, for the day. James hung around with Caleb and his groomsmen as they got ready.
The radiant bride.
The bridesmaids ensuring a clean dress:
At B.C. – the bride and groom sit facing the audience – giving me a great chance to capture those little moments between the couple:
How cute is this?
I think this is always one of my favorite moments of the day -because I think back about my wedding. Such a great moment!
Kate’s sister, Courtney, steals a glance at the camera… but never dropped that dress!
It was really important to Kate & Caleb that they get some great shots at BC’s campus.
I love this one!
How good do these two look? At the Public Garden we were treated to some unbelievable light.
I love the Duck Tours!
See what I mean about stunning?
The monogramed cake detail.
Certainly a grand space for a fairy tale first dance.
I LOVE toasts. It’s usually the time when I can really see what and who is important to the couple. And the reactions are ALWAYS fantastic.
Brothers….. if you’ve got one or more… I don’t need to say anything to explain this photo:
The triumphant bouquet catch!
This was such a beautiful wedding it was hard to limit down to a managable blog post – so make sure you check out the slideshow. These guys were so cute all day!
Kate and Caleb – thank you SO much for including me in your day. Also a special thanks to James Federico for the help!
