As the temperature heats up and the snow starts melting it’s almost believable that spring will soon be here. I’ve still got some beautiful weddings to share before the next season starts and this beautiful Boston wedding is no exception. Jennifer and Matt were married in Charlestown at St. Mary’s Church. It’s a big beautiful church and the best part is the dog sleeping up past the altar. I love photographing at the Fairmont. The rooms are big, clean and filled with gorgeous natural light. I began my day with Jennifer as the girls got ready. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites from the day!
Jennifer reading a letter from Matt before getting into her dress:
I’ve always loved these staircases at the Fairmont:
I was joined by my friend and talented shooter, Nicole Chan, for the day and she started off her day with the guys as they got ready:
The guys stopped in the Warren Tavern for a quick sip before the ceremony:
Love this moment of Jenn and her mother just before the start of the ceremony:
Jenn was escorted by her brothers down the aisle.
Such a cool church!
Before the reception began we had a bit of time to head over to the Public Garden to take some formals near the willow trees.
Some of the details for the reception:
I asked Nicole to station herself up in the balcony during the first dance. It’s always such a beautiful spot:
A few more favorites from the reception:
Thank you so much to Jennifer and Matt for including me in their beautiful day! Also, special thanks to Nicole Chan for her help as well. To see more from Jennifer and Matt’s wedding, you can view the slideshow below:
