It’s hard to believe that I’ve never photographed a wedding on New Year’s Eve, but Casey and Patrick were the perfect couple with which to kick off the New Year. I used to work with Pat’s mother in a past life at the school where Casey and Pat both met. This connection made the wedding feel so much more intimate. I was joined by my good friend David DiNisco who helped out for the day. The ceremony was held at the Gate of Heaven Parish in South Boston, followed by a reception at the Harvard Club on Commonwealth Ave. It was a stunning space that made the perfect setting to celebrate. I picked a few of my favorites from the day. I hope you enjoy!

One of my favorite shots from 2014. The priest was switching off all the lights after we finished shooting some portraits. The couple walked out towards the exit and only one light was left remaining.
