Happy Monday! Slowly working my way through last season’s weddings. I tell myself it’s better to have more fun stuff to look at while it’s cold right? Anyway – I know you’ll love this post. These two are about as cute together as it gets. Amanda and Brian are seriously two of the nicest people on the planet – and they just can’t get enough of each other. It was so fun to be able to share their BEAUTIFUL day – and I’m happy to share it with you now! The ceremony and reception took place at the Tower Hill Botanic Garden in Boylston, MA. The buildings and grounds there are fantastic sources of inspiration.
We started in West Boylston in a small inn where the girls got ready:
Love this moment:
Amanda’s father was about as proud as a father can be:
The light in the little inn was so nice and soft I couldn’t resist a few portraits before we left.
The couple decided to do a first look at the Old Stone Church in West Boylston (which allowed us to get some of the formals out of the way and have a bit of fun).
We had a pretty strong dose of mid-afternoon sun which we tried to put to our use as best we could!
We headed over to the Botanic Gardens shortly before the ceremony where Amanda and Brian had a few minutes to themselves.
I headed over to the ceremony spot to catch some of the fun details there:
Talk about a picturesque spot huh?
Amanda and Brian planned their ceremony to coincide with the sunset, providing these gorgeous highlights:
The reception was held inside one of Tower Hill’s atriums. Not too shabby!
The couple had these table cards painted for some of their favorite spots together.
A truly impressive first dance:
I love this series – Doug Levy (who joined me for the day) took this snap:
At least it looked like he was going to hold it before – this was my angle!
A few toasts:
The building glowed under the twilight…
Thank you so much Amanda and Brian for allowing me to share the day! Also, thanks to Doug Levy for helping out. Here’s the slideshow:
Stay tuned for some fun shots from their day after session in Boston.
