I’m excited to share this set of images from a very fun wedding with two of the nicest families I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Aidan and Chris were married at St. Ignatius on Boston College’s campus. The reception was held at the Four Seasons in Boston. It seemed like it was going to rain the whole day, but amazingly the weather held off and cleared up immediately after the ceremony. I pulled some of my favorites from the day and I hope you enjoy!
Aidan’s mom & bridesmaids had their work cut out for them – despite taking pictures of what the bow looked like, no one could quite remember 100% how the bow was tied!
Smiles were plentiful throughout the entire day:
Note the concentration:
One of my favorites of the day. Just a quiet moment between mother and daughter.
The view from above at St. Ignatius:
See what I mean about the smiles?
We snuck into the public garden to snap a few formals and portraits before the party began:
I don’t always show a ton of reception details on the blog, but I couldn’t help here because I thought Aidan and Chris did such a nice job of picking such simply beautiful details. The cake was simple and stunning.
Beautiful small centerpieces that made each table seem so intimate and cozy.
The first dance:
I thought this picture did a nice job conveying the warmth and elegance of the room.
Lest we forget that every wedding at its heart is a party!
I just loved this final series at the end of the night.
Be sure to check out the slideshow!
Thanks you so much Aidan and Chris for allowing me to share your day! And special thanks to Mark Higgins for tagging along for the day!
